Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through Voice & Chat support
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users effectively
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process / Chat Support
✔️ Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
✔️ Good technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Customer-first approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
✔️ Stable internet connection and work-from-home setup
