About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non- technical roles in a fast-paced startup environment.

Technical Hiring
- Backend Engineers (Node.js)
- Android Developers
- Platform / Engineering roles
Non-Technical Hiring
- Video Editors
- Content Creators / Content Strategists / Creator Manager
- Marketing, Growth, and Operations roles
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
- Headhunting, outbound sourcing, and bulk hiring
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience
- Salary negotiation and offer discussions
- Maintaining recruitment tracker and ATS updates
- Working closely with hiring managers and founders
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring (or strong exposure to either)
- Good sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles with tight timelines
- Startup experience is a plus
